About Marty Wightman

I'm Marty Wightman, a London-based coach since 2007 with a Master’s in Psychology from the University of East London. My coaching methods are rooted in cognitive behavioural, rational emotive behaviour, and solution-focused strategies, honed through specialized training with Stanford's Bill Burnett and Dave Evans.
